释义	法律分析: 合议庭的组成原则有： 1、合议庭由法院院长或者刑事审判庭庭长指定1人担任审判长； 2、第一审程序的合议庭可以吸收人民陪审员参加； 3、合议庭的人员组成是单数； 4、合议庭开庭审理且评议后作出判决。《最高人民法院关于人民法院合议庭工作的若干规定》第三条合议庭组成人员确定后，除因回避或者其他特殊情况，不能继续参加案件审理的之外，不得在案件审理过程中更换。更换合议庭成员，应当报请院长或者庭长决定。合议庭成员的更换情况应当及时通知诉讼当事人。
