释义	法律分析：网络赌博输钱，很难追回。因为犯罪分子服务器一般都架设在国外，我国警察没有执法权且涉及外交问题，所以一般极难追回。且网上赌博输的钱属于赌资，也不属于合法债权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第七十条以营利为目的，为赌博提供条件的，或者参与赌博赌资较大的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款；情节严重的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，并处五百元以上三千元以下罚款。第七十六条有本法第六十七条、第六十八条、第七十条的行为，屡教不改的，可以按照国家规定采取强制性教育措施。
