法律分析：
公章扫描出来后是无效的。效力等同于复印件，其作用只能用于证明原件的内容，而不能代替原件，也无法以此为基础产生变更消灭法律关系。因此当事人向法院提供证据，应当优先提供原件或者原物，其次才能考虑复制件或复制品，但合同复印件加盖公章具有法律效力。
法律依据：
《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》 第十一条 当事人向人民法院提供证据，应当提供原件或者原物。如需自己保存证据原件、原物或者提供原件、原物确有困难的，可以提供经人民法院核对无异的复制件或者复制品。
