释义	法律分析: 《民法典》股权质押是可以转让股权的，但只在质权人同意的情况下才能够转让。股权是个人持有的权利。根据相关法律规定，向第三人质押需要经过半数以上股东的同意。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第四百三十条【质权人孳息收取权及孳息首要清偿用途】质权人有权收取质押财产的孳息，但是合同另有约定的除外。前款规定的孳息应当先充抵收取孳息的费用。
