《 农村养老保险的参保流程》农村养老保险办理流程1.居委会协理员负责检查参保人员的相关材料是否齐全，在《参保表》上签字、加盖居委会人力资源社会保障服务站公章，并将《参保表》、户口簿及居民身份证复印件等材料，按规定时限一并上报乡人力资源社会保障服务所。2.乡人力资源社会保障服务所负责对参保人员的相关材料进行初审，无误后及时将参保登记信息录入农保信息系统，在《参保表》上加盖公章，并按规定时限将《参保表》、户口簿复印件、居民身份证复印件等材料一并上报县级社保机构。3.县级社保机构应对参保人员的相关信息进行复核（可与公安部门的信息库进行信息比对），无误后，对登记信息进行确认，同时为其建立个人账户，并及时将有关材料归档备案。

第二十条国家建立和完善新型农村社会养老保险制度。 新型农村社会养老保险实行个人缴费、集体补助和政府补贴相结合。
第二十一条新型农村社会养老保险待遇由基础养老金和个人账户养老金组成。 参加新型农村社会养老保险的农村居民，符合国家规定条件的，按月领取新型农村社会养老保险待遇。
第二十二条国家建立和完善城镇居民社会养老保险制度。 省、自治区、直辖市人民政府根据实际情况，可以将城镇居民社会养老保险和新型农村社会养老保险合并实施。
