释义	兼职工作的工资一般按照双方约定的时间进行支付，支付周期最长不得超过十五日。兼职属于非全日制用工，不需要签订劳动合同，也不能约定试用期，提前三天就能辞职。薪酬的支付最长不能超过15天。兼职劳动关系属于劳动法律关系，因此，也应当受劳动基准法的调整和约束。劳动者可向用人单位主张因未签订劳动合同的双倍工资的制度。第六十九条非全日制用工双方当事人可以订立口头协议。从事非全日制用工的劳动者可以与一个或者一个以上用人单位订立劳动合同；但是，后订立的劳动合同不得影响先订立的劳动合同的履行。
