释义	法律分析：高考考生的户口如果跟父母不在同一个地方，是不会影响高考的，也不会影响最终的录取结果。我国高考招生考试的有关管理规定，各大高等院校在录取考生的时候，不得以户籍所在地的原因来进行区别录取。因此高考考生户口不和父母在一起是没有影响的，在参加录取的时候都是一视同仁的，没有任何的区别对待。法律依据：《中华人民共和国教育法》第二十条国家实行国家教育考试制度。国家教育考试由国务院教育行政部门确定种类，并由国家批准的实施教育考试的机构承办。
