释义	法律分析：收购是指一个公司通过产权交易取得其他公司一定程度的控制权，以实现一定经济目标的经济行为；并购是指两家或者更多的独立企业，公司合并组成一家企业，通常由一家占优势的公司吸收一家或者多家公司，并购一般是指兼并和收购。法律依据：《中华人民共和国证券法》第六十二条投资者可以采取要约收购、协议收购及其他合法方式收购上市公司。第六十七条收购要约约定的收购期限不得少于三十日，并不得超过六十日。
