释义	法律分析：公租房无权继承，只能在承租期内，继续承租。公产房只能过户，不能继承。从法律角度来讲，继承的前提是被继承人生前有遗留的个人的合法财产，而公产房的产权人并非个人，所以公产房是不存在继承问题的。然而在现实生活中，公产房的实际使用人即承租人不享有该公产房的物权，仅享有承租权。法律依据：《民法典》第七百三十二条承租人在房屋租赁期限内死亡的，与其生前共同居住的人或者共同经营人可以按照原租赁合同租赁该房屋。
