释义	还款协议有没有失效期要看当事人是否对协议附了终止期限。如果当事人对协议附了期限，则协议自所附期限届满即时效，这个期限则为还款协议的失效期；如果当事人没有对协议附期限的，则协议永久有效。不过协议永久有效也会存在诉讼时效的问题，如果超过了诉讼时效，则会丧失胜诉权，债务纠纷的诉讼时效为三年。【法律依据】《民法典》第一百六十条，民事法律行为可以附期限，但是根据其性质不得附期限的除外。附生效期限的民事法律行为，自期限届至时生效。附终止期限的民事法律行为，自期限届满时失效。
