释义	法律分析：变更原公证遗嘱，必须到原立遗嘱的公证处，按原来立遗嘱的法定程序办理手续，才能用新公证遗嘱变更或撤销原立的公证遗嘱。需要特别指出的是，自书、代书、录音、口头遗嘱，不得撤销、变更公证遗嘱。如果原立遗嘱的公证机关在外地，来去不便。法律依据：《遗嘱公证细则》第二十二条公证遗嘱生效前，非经遗嘱人申请并履行公证程序，不得撤销或者变更公证遗嘱。遗嘱人申请撤销或者变更公证遗嘱的程序适用本规定。
