辞职没有提前说不发工资

法律分析：劳动者没有提前一个月辞职,是不可以作为用人单位不发工资的理由的,对于用人单位无故拖欠克扣工资的行为,劳动者可以向当地的劳动监察部门进行投诉举报,要求用人单位支付其被拖欠的工资。 如果用人单位有证据证明因为劳动者的离职给其造成一定损失的,用人单位是可以要求劳动者进行一定赔偿的。
法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》 第九条 劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
