释义	法律分析：不起诉是不能得到国家赔偿的。按照我国当前的法律规定，因侦查犯罪的需要，相关机关有权对犯罪嫌疑人的财产进行查询或者冻结。有关单位和个人要认真配合。如果犯罪嫌疑人的财产已经被冻结了，则不能再次冻结。赔偿请求人按照受到的不同损害，有权一并提出多项赔偿的要求法律依据：《中华人民共和国国家赔偿法》第十条赔偿请求人可以向共同赔偿义务机关中的任何一个赔偿义务机关要求赔偿，该赔偿义务机关应当先予赔偿。第十一条赔偿请求人根据受到的不同损害，可以同时提出数项赔偿要求。
