双胞胎算独生子女嘛 -法律知识

法律分析：
双胞胎不算“独生子女”，不能领取《独生子女父母光荣证》，但可以凭单位证明(无单位的凭村、居委会证明)申请领取一份独生子女父母奖励费。对违反规定一次生育两个及两个以上(双胞胎或多胞胎)子女应当征收社会抚养费的，以生育一个子女计算。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国人口和计划生育法》 第二十七条 自愿终身只生育一个子女的夫妻，国家发给《独生子女父母光荣证》。
