法律分析：
医疗保险缴纳满1年，可以享受住院医疗费报销。医保报销中，A类药品可以享受全报，C类就需要全部自付费用，而B类报80%，自付20%的比例。自费药是不予报销的，床位费是有限额的。总的来说一般是报70%左右。医保住院报销流程如下：首先，在刚开始住院时就要与医院说明自己是医保报销的，但要先垫付医药费的，之后可以拿发票去医保结算窗口报销。用医保卡个人账户支付住院费用，在出院结算前出告诉医院的结算工作人员，按正常刷卡手续办理即可。自费项目是不能用医保卡个人账户支付的。住院费用结算采用后付式的服务项目结算方法。

《中华人民共和国社会保险法》
第五条 县级以上人民政府将社会保险事业纳入国民经济和社会发展规划。
国家多渠道筹集社会保险资金。县级以上人民政府对社会保险事业给予必要的经费支持。
国家通过税收优惠政策支持社会保险事业。
第七十条 社会保险经办机构应当定期向社会公布参加社会保险情况以及社会保险基金的收入、支出、结余和收益情况。
第四十九条 失业人员在领取失业保险金期间死亡的，参照当地对在职职工死亡的规定，向其遗属发给一次性丧葬补助金和抚恤金。所需资金从失业保险基金中支付。
个人死亡同时符合领取基本养老保险丧葬补助金、工伤保险丧葬补助金和失业保险丧葬补助金条件的，其遗属只能选择领取其中的一项。
