释义	法律分析：不可以到本地监狱服刑。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二十四条刑事案件由犯罪地的人民法院管辖。如果由被告人居住地的人民法院审判更为适宜的，可以由被告人居住地的人民法院管辖。第二百五十三条罪犯被交付执行刑罚的时候，应当由交付执行的人民法院在判决生效后十日以内将有关的法律文书送达公安机关、监狱或者其他执行机关。尽管没有明确规定执行监狱，但在实际中判决法院一般都是将罪犯送到法院所在地的监狱集训区集训，集训期满后由省监狱管理局在本省内监狱中安排。
