释义	法律分析：不是，法人作为民事法律关系的主体，是与自然人相对称的，两者相比较有不同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五十七条法人是具有民事权利能力和民事行为能力，依法独立享有民事权利和承担民事义务的组织。而自然人即生物学意义上的人，是基于出生而取得民事主体资格的人。由此，法人是一个组织、团体，自然人就是一个人。法人不是自然人，两者是完全不同的两个概念。
