释义	法律分析：医保的参保年限是不会作废的。参保人在医疗保险年度内(当年7月1日至次年6月30日)累计中断参保不超过3个月的，可以续缴医保，其中断前后的连续参保时间合并计算(连续缴费)，超过3个月的，只能重新参保。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第二十七条参加职工基本医疗保险的个人，达到法定退休年龄时累计缴费达到国家规定年限的，退休后不再缴纳基本医疗保险费，按照国家规定享受基本医疗保险待遇；未达到国家规定年限的，可以缴费至国家规定年限。
