水费不交会停水吗 -法律知识

法律分析:
不交水费自来水公司有权利给停水。 用户自抄表次日起超过30日未交纳水费的,城市公共供水企业和自建设施供水单位应当向用户发出水费催交通知,并按照合同约定收取违约金。 自抄表次日起超过60日无正当理由仍未交纳水费和违约金的,城市公共供水企业和自建设施供水单位可以依法采取停止供水措施。
法律依据:
《城市供水条例》
第二十四条 用水单位和个人应当按照规定的计量标准和水价标准按时缴纳水费。
第二十五条 禁止盗用或者转供城市公共供水。
