释义	法律分析：要租的房子会被拆迁，拆迁款与房客无关。法律依据：《中华人民共和国城市房屋拆迁管理条例》第三十条抵押房屋的拆迁，依照国家担保法执行。第三十一条拆迁人应当向被拆迁人或者房屋承租人支付搬迁补助。过渡期内，被拆迁人或者房屋承租人自行安排居住的，由拆迁人支付临时安置补助；被拆迁人或者房屋承租人使用拆迁人提供的周转房的，不支付临时安置补助。搬迁补助和临时安置补助标准，由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府规定。
