(四)既无招生范围内户籍，又无招生范围内房产的外来务工、经商人员子女，需携带监护人在本市缴纳的3个月社会保险证明或在本市经商执照等相关材料到指定学校就读。
(五)小学入学年龄为6周岁(2015年8月31日以前出生，含31日)对于年满6周岁不能入学的，由监护人向招生学校提出延迟入学的书面申请，由招生学校汇总后留存。

二、招生条件
1、既有招生范围内房产又有三河户籍;
2、只有招生范围内房产无三河户籍;
3、只有招生范围内户籍无招生范围内房产;
满足上述条件之一的适龄学生(2015年8月31日以前出生，含31日)，即可到相应学校就读。
4、既无招生范围内户籍，又无招生范围内房产的外来务工、经商人员子女，需携带监护人在本市缴纳的3个月社会保险证明或在本市经商执照等相关材料到指定学校就读。
招生范围内原始村街的村民子女和招生范围内廉租房居民子女，可在既有招生范围内房产又有三河户籍报名入口报名。
