法律分析：定额备用金是指单位对经常使用备用金的内部各部门或工作人员根据其零星开支、零星采购等的实际需要而核定一个现金数额，并保证其经常保持核定的数额。实行定额备用金制度，使用定额备用金的部门或工作人员应按核定的定额填写借款凭证，一次性领出全部定额现金，用后凭发票等有关凭证报销，出纳员将报销金额补充原定额，从而保证该部门或工作人员经常保持核定的现金定额。只有等到撤销定额备用金或调换经办人时才全部交回备用金。实行定额备用金制度的单位，备用金领用部门支用备用金后，应根据各种费用凭证编制费用明细表，定期向财会部门报销，领回所支用的备用金。对于预支的备用金，拨付时可记入“备用金”（或“其他应收款”）科目的借方；报销和收回余款时记入该科目的贷方。除拨付、增加或减少备用金定额时通过“备用金”科目核算外，日常支用报销补足定额时，都无须通过该科目而将支用数直接记入有关成本类科目、费用类科目。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国会计法 》第二十五条 公司、企业必须根据实际发生的经济业务事项，按照国家统一的会计制度的规定确认、计量和记录资产、负债、所有者权益、收入、费用、成本和利润。
