释义	公众可以查阅人民法院判决书、裁定书，但没有调解书。在这次司法解释中，并没有把调解书列入互联网的公开范围。公布的初衷在于审判公开，调解书属于当事人处分自己权利，不需要公开。除法律规定的特殊情形外，最高法发生法律效力的判决书、裁定书、决定书一般均应在互联网公布。对于社会关注度高的案件，生效裁判文书应当在互联网公布。法律依据：《民事诉讼法》第一百五十九条 公众可以查阅发生法律效力的判决书、裁定书，但涉及国家秘密、商业秘密和个人隐私的内容除外。
