释义	法律分析：合法。所谓满勤，是指按劳动合同中规定的工作制在正常工作时间都出勤，不迟到、不早退、不旷工、不脱岗、没有病事假。迟到属于缺勤，有了迟到自然不再是满勤。加班不属于正常工作时间，劳动者不加班不属于缺勤。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十条劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资或者劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准
