释义	法律分析：所谓的月平均工资，是指职工领取的总工资数除以月数。其他情况，如果是2天的话，算成月份，则为2/30=(1/15)月(按每月为30天计算)，所以你要计算这个职工的月平均工资，将这两天的工资加进工资总额中，这一个月不能算成整月，只能算成十五分之一月，在实际工作中这是可以省略不计的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
