释义	1、工会会员每月应向工会组织缴纳本人每月工资收入0.5%的会费，工资尾数不足十元的不计缴会费。2、会员所得各种奖金、津贴、稿费收入以及按劳动保险条例或其他法令规定所领取的各种补助费、救济费、退休金、退职金等，均不缴纳会费。法律依据：《中华人民共和国工会法》第四十三条企业、事业单位无正当理由拖延或者拒不拨缴工会经费，基层工会或者上级工会可以向当地人民法院申请支付令；拒不执行支付令的，工会可以依法申请人民法院强制执行。
