释义	保障金专项用于下列开支：(一)补贴残疾人职业培训费用;(二)奖励超比例安置残疾人就业的单位及为安排残疾人就业做出显著成绩的单位;(三)有偿扶持残疾人集体从业、个体经营;(四)经同级财政部门批准，适当补助残疾人劳动服务机构经费开支。(五)经同级财政部门批准，直接用于残疾人就业工作的其他开支。法律依据《残疾人就业保障金管理暂行规定全文》第六条
