释义	香烟价格是会因为市场需求而波动的，在超市买的东西有的超市可以退，有的超市不可以退。像那些小型超市，也就是个人开的超市，如果买了香烟后想退还是给退的。但是如果香烟是在大型超市或者购物广场买的，那就很难退掉了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国烟草专卖法》第三条由国家对烟草专卖专品的生产、销售环节依法属实行专卖管理并实行行政许可制度。应当赔偿其受到的损失，增加赔偿的金额为消费者购买商品价款费用的三倍；增加赔偿的金额不足五百元的，为五百元。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。
