北京办理健康证检查项目如下：
1、病毒性肝炎、痢疾、伤寒、活动性肺结核、皮肤病；
2、内外科常规、X光胸透、粪便细菌学培养（某些地区无此项）等。
健康证办理程序如下：
1、体检地点：当地疾病预防控制中心或经卫生行政部门审批承担预防性健康检查的医疗卫生机构，未经批准擅自开展此项工作的，其出具的体检单卫生监督机构不予受理签发健康证；
2、对象：从事食品、饮用水生产经营人员、化妆品生产人员、公共场所直接为顾客服务人员。凡患有痢疾、伤寒、病毒性肝炎等消化道传染病，活动性肺结核，化脓性或者渗出性皮肤病以及其他有碍食品卫生、公共卫生的疾病的，治愈前不得从事接触直接人口食品或直接为顾客服务的工作；对从事食品生产经营的人员、生活饮用水的供、管水人员、化妆品生产企业生产人员；旅店、咖啡馆、酒吧、茶座、公共浴室、理发店、美容店、游泳场直接为顾客服务的人员每年体检一次。其他场所的直接为顾客服务的人员每两年体检一次。

《预防性健康检查管理办法》第十条
各级卫生监督机构应制定预防性健康检查工作计划。
第十一条
受检单位应按规定向卫生监督机构提交受检人员名单；并由受检单位负责建立个人健康档案。
第十二条
承担健康检查的单位根据卫生监督机构确定的受检人员名单，按规定的应检项目安排健康检查。具体健康检查工作按国家有关技术规范进行。
