释义	法律分析: 扩张解释是论理解释的一种，指法律条文的文义过于狭窄，不足以表示立法的真实意图，必须扩张法律条文的文义，以能正确阐释法律意义内容的一种解释方法。（比如刑法二百五十九条就属于法律的扩大解释。）法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十九条明知是现役军人的配偶而与之同居或者结婚的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。利用职权、从属关系，以胁迫手段奸淫现役军人的妻子的，依照本法第二百三十六条的规定定罪处罚。
