释义	法律分析：我国法院的庭审没有时间上的限制，只要在审限内审结案件就可以。但是，按照实际情况，一般来说一次庭审的时间需要1到2个小时左右。如果案件权利关系简单，通常一个小时左右可以审理完毕，要是有一定复杂程度的，需要1个多小时到2小时，或者2小时以上不等。法律依据：根据《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十九条，审限人民法院适用普通程序审理的案件，应当在立案之日起六个月内审结。有特殊情况需要延长的，由本院院长批准，可以延长六个月；还需要延长的，报请上级人民法院批准。
