释义	法律分析：两个人在一起合伙做生意，如果一方要求退出是可以的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国合伙企业法》第四十五条入伙的新合伙人与原合伙人享有同等权利，承担同等责任。入伙协议另有约定的，从其约定。入伙的新合伙人对入伙前合伙企业的债务承担连带责任。第四十六条合伙协议约定合伙企业的经营期限的，有下列情形之一时，合伙人可以退伙：（一）合伙协议约定的退伙事由出现；（二）经全体合伙人同意退伙；（三）发生合伙人难于继续参加合伙企业的事由；（四）其他合伙人严重违反合伙协议约定的义务。
