释义	国有企业的法人是上级授在工商注册登记时的公司管理者代表，可以由总经理兼权任，也可另行委派。我国法律实行单一法定代表人制，一般认为法人的正职行政负责人为其惟一法定代表人。法律依据《公司法》第十三条，公司法定代表人依照公司章程的规定，由董事长、执行董事或者经理担任，并依法登记。公司法定代表人变更，应当办理变更登记。
