释义	询问和讯问的主要区别是：询问的对象主要是证人,涉及自身利益不大,比较自愿作证,不能采取强制措施。讯问的对象大多是犯罪嫌疑人或者与案件有关的人,由于涉及自身的切身利益,有意逃避或不愿意的成分,不采取强制措施无法正常开展司法活动。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第八十六条公安机关对被拘留的人，应当在拘留后的二十四小时以内进行讯问。在发现不应当拘留的时候，必须立即释放，发给释放证明。第一百二十五条询问证人，应当告知他应当如实地提供证据、证言和有意作伪证或者隐匿罪证要负的法律责任。
