释义	法律分析：《关于减轻中小学生过重负担的若干规定》中规定：严禁任何部门、单位和个人组织学生订购教育部和省教育厅《中小学教学用书目录》以外的教学用书和学具；任何单位和个人不得以任何理由占用节假日、寒暑假等课余时间组织学生补课或上新课，更不能搞有偿补课。任何学校不能以任何名义出租教室补课，在职教师不得以任何名义到社会力量办学机构任教。法律依据：《中华人民共和国义务教育法》第二十五条学校不得违反国家规定收取费用，不得以向学生推销或者变相推销商品、服务等方式谋取利益。
