对于具有安置条件的退役军人，民政部门只保证其三年的稳定工作期，三年后民政部门就没有任何责任和义务再与关注，退役军人下岗、失业只有投入市场经济社会里，与其它劳动者一样领取失业金、再就业。

《退役军人抚恤优待条例》
第三条退伍军人的抚恤优待，实行国家和社会相结合的方针，保障退伍军人的抚恤优待与国民经济和社会发展相适应，保障抚恤优待对象的基本生活不得低于当地居民的平均生活水平。
