释义	法律分析：被胁迫的婚姻的效力不属于无效，但是其属于可撤销的婚姻，当事人一方遭受婚姻另一方或第三方的威胁强迫，而出于不真实的意思表示，缔结婚姻。一般情况下，婚姻的效力取决于受胁迫方是否在胁迫行为结束一年内，向登记机关或者人民法院申请撤销，若被限制人身自由，则应在恢复人身自由之日起一年内提出撤销申请，被撤销的婚姻无效，不再有法律约束力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十二条禁止包办、买卖婚姻和其他干涉婚姻自由的行为。禁止借婚姻索取财物。
