释义	共同居住人能在租赁方死后继续租赁原房屋。租赁房屋租赁方死亡生前与承租人共同居住的人可以继续租赁原住房，共同居住人应当与出租人办理续租手续，变更承租人。法律依据：《民法典》第七百三十二条承租人在房屋租赁期限内死亡的，与其生前共同居住的人或者共同经营人可以按照原租赁合同租赁该房屋。第七百三十四条租赁期限届满，承租人继续使用租赁物，出租人没有提出异议的，原租赁合同继续有效，但是租赁期限为不定期。租赁期限届满，房屋承租人享有以同等条件优先承租的权利。
