释义	法律分析：再审是为纠正已经发生法律效力的错误判决、裁定，依照审判监督程序，对案件重新进行的审理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二百零五条当事人申请再审，应当在判决、裁定发生法律效力后六个月内提出；有本法第二百条第一项、第三项、第十二项、第十三项规定情形的，自知道或者应当知道之日起六个月内提出。第二百零六条按照审判监督程序决定再审的案件，裁定中止原判决、裁定、调解书的执行，但追索赡养费、扶养费、抚育费、抚恤金、医疗费用、劳动报酬等案件，可以不中止执行。
