释义	法律分析：很多单位遇到周六或周天不发工资是有原因的。因为与银行对接的财务人员周六周天也是属于休息状态，有的单位做得比较好，一旦发现发薪日是周六或周天的，薪资会提前到周五发放。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。《工资支付暂行规定》第七条工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
