用老人的钱养老人算赡养吗
释义
法律分析：算的。赡养是指子女对父母的供养，即在物质上、经济上为父母提供必要的生活条件。子女对父母要在精神上和生活上给予关心、帮助和照料，尤其是对年老体弱、丧失劳动能力、生活有困难的父母，更应该自觉地履行赡养义务，使老年父母安度晚年。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千零六十七条 父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
