释义	法律分析：公交车道属于专用车道，按现行交通法规定，机动车违反规定使用专用车道不扣分，但要罚款。机动车在其他车辆的专用车道内行驶的，罚款20元—200元，记0分。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第三十七条道路划设专用车道的，在专用车道内，只准许规定的车辆通行，其他车辆不得进入专用车道内行驶。第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者20元以上200元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
