释义	法律分析：结婚后女人如果只是一般的出轨，则不构成犯法。但是如果构成重婚罪就是违法行为。重婚罪是指与配偶结婚或者明知有配偶而与之结婚的行为，从重婚的主观特征来看，明知自己的婚姻关系没有解除而与他人结婚，或者明知他人有配偶，就与之结婚。重婚的对象是一夫一妻制，如果婚内出轨构成重婚罪，应判处有期徒刑二年以下或者管制拘役。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
