不能。如果父母亲实施家暴，作为子女可以及时报警，让家暴加害人受到应有的法律制裁，但是，我国法律没有断绝亲属关系的程序，也不承认任何类似行为，法律上是无法断绝亲子关系的。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第二十六条 父母对未成年子女负有抚养、教育和保护的义务。
成年子女对父母负有赡养、扶助和保护的义务。
