释义	根据中央纪委的“7号文件”规定，适用双规的条件是： (1)凡“双规”对象必须是党员， (2)且符合下列条件之一： A、已掌握其严重违纪事实及证据，具备给予撤销党内职务处分的条件，但仍有重要问题需要深入调查的; B、涉嫌严重违纪的党员有串通行为，或有逃匿可能，或有隐匿、销毁证据以及其他妨碍案件调查行为的; C、重要涉案党员不如实提供情况并涉嫌严重违纪的。 (3)主体是县处级及以上才能实施双规。
