释义	法律分析：借条是否有效的关键是债权债务关系的双方是否签字确认，或者说是债务人是否签字确认。因为指印是唯一的，在签字上加按手印增加了借条的证明效力，更加印证了借条的真实性，但是按手印并不是借条必要的，即便没有按手印也不影响借条的成立和效力。法律依据：《民法典》第四百九十条规定，当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，自当事人均签名、盖章或者按指印时合同成立。在签名、盖章或者按指印之前，当事人一方已经履行主要义务，对方接受时，该合同成立。
