职工未退休死亡后有哪些待遇 |

退休职工死亡后应当享受的待遇有：
1、发给本企业3个月平均工资的丧葬补助费；
2、有符合条件供养直系亲属的，按月发抚恤金；
3、发本人生前10个月标准工资的一次性抚恤金。
职工死亡后养老保险是可以退保的，需提供以下证件：
1、死亡证明、火化证明原件和复印件；
2、参保单位或个人填写养老保险个人账户储存额继承或退还申请表；
3、参保单位出具养老保险参保证明；
4、死者所在社区出具的死亡及继承证明需社区所在派出所核实情况后盖章；
5、死者及继承人身份证、户口本、结婚证原件和复印件。
死亡后原来所缴保费，个人账户部分可以全部返还，身故前的医疗费用可以按规定报销。
带户籍地派出所出具的死亡证明、社保卡，到参保地社保局申请退社保金。
原参保缴纳社保人的供养的亲属或继承人可享受如下待遇：
1、领取参保缴纳人的个人帐户积累余额；
2、丧葬补助费：为其死亡时本市上年度在岗职工月平均工资的3倍；
3、一次性抚恤金：供养亲属为1人、2人、3人及3人以上的，分别按市上年度在岗职工月平均工资的6倍、9倍、12倍支付。
以欺诈、伪造证明材料或者其他方式骗取社会保险待遇的，由社会保险行政部门责令退还骗取的社会保险基金，并处骗取金额一倍以上五倍以下的罚款。

第十七条 参加基本养老保险的个人，因病或者非因工死亡的，其遗属可以领取丧葬补助金和抚恤金；在未达到法定退休年龄时因病或者非因工致残完全丧失劳动能力的，可以领取病残津贴。所需资金从基本养老保险基金中支付。
