释义	不是结发夫妻。因为其中一方已经是二婚的状态，所以不能叫结发夫妻。所谓的结发夫妻是在两个人都是头婚的情况之下，两个人才可以称得上是结发夫妻，并且在自古的说法上应该是两个人在结婚当天需要每个人从头上剪下来一部分头发，然后用红绳捆在一起，把两个人的头发绑在一起的这种做法被称作是结发，所以只能针对夫妻是头婚才可以，二婚绝对不是。但二婚的妻子也是有继承权的
