释义	法律分析：嫖娼一般不构成犯罪，不会被追究刑事责任。嫖娼违反的是治安管理处罚法的规定，一般会被处以相应的治安管理处罚。根据我国治安管理处罚法关于嫖娼的相关规定，嫖娼的，应处以十天以上十五天以下拘留，并且可以同时处以五千元以下罚款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
