释义	法律分析：1、要约收购在要约收购期限届满3个交易日前，能撤回。2、在要约收购期限届满前3个交易日内，预受股东不得撤回其对要约的接受。在要约收购期限内，收购人应当每日在证券交易所网站上公告已预受收购要约的股份数量。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十六条要约可以撤销，但是有下列情形之一的除外:（一）要约人以确定承诺期限或者其他形式明示要约不可撤销；（二）受要约人有理由认为要约是不可撤销的，并已经为履行合同做了合理准备工作。
